Draft 2022-2027 Capital Improvements Plan and Revenue Options Presentation
The City of Harbor Springs is in the middle of preparing the Proposed 2022 Annual Budget. In preparation for the December Council budget meetings, as well the budget public hearing that will be held on December 13 @ 7:00 PM, the City has prepared a Capital Improvements Plan and a Revenue Options presentation. The draft CIP will be first reviewed by the Planning Commission at its November 18 meeting at 5:30 PM. The Revenue Options presentation will be reviewed and discussed at the Council’s November 15 meeting. Please review these documents and attend the Planning Commission and Council meetings so your thoughts can be considered during the budgeting and planning sessions.
