Available Positions

The City of Harbor Springs Electric Department is seeking a certified Lineman (or an applicant to be trained to become a Lineman).

Requirements include possession (or prompt attainment of) a class (B) CDL with Airbrake endorsement, residence within 20 miles of the City limits
(within 90 days of hire), satisfactory results from pre-employment (and DOT) physical, drug screen and background check to the City’s satisfaction.
Training and competitive benefits are provided. Wage range from $18.81 to $31.35 depending on previous technical training and work experience.

Electric Lineman – Apprentice Description

The Harbor Springs Area Fire Authority (HSAFA) –  is currently looking for motivated men and women  who are interested in joining our family of volunteer firefighters.  The HSAFA proudly provides fire services to the Little Traverse Township, West Traverse Township, Pleastantview Township, and the City of Harbor Springs.
