West Third Street Water Infrastracture Project: Invitation to Bid
The City is seeking bids from qualified companies for a water infrastructure project on West Third Street in Harbor Springs. Bids must be submitted to the office of Benchmark Engineering Inc., 607 East Lake Street, Harbor Springs, MI, by 10:00 AM on Wednesday, March 4, 2020. The bids will be opened publicly. A pre-bid meeting to answer project questions will be held on Monday, March 2, 2020 at 10:00 AM at Benchmark Engineering Inc.
