Power Restoration Update: 4/5 @ 8:30

Update: Wow, what a week! Our linemen have restored 92% of our customers power since our substation was energized on Wednesday morning. While that’s great news, about 300 customers are still without power, and we understand that going longer than a week without heat, electricity and water is difficult. We are working hard all day Sunday and as long as possible into next week to get everyone energized.

The main accomplishments in the past 24 hours include restoring these following lines:

Heacock Rd.
Hedrick Rd.
Pennsylvania Ave.
E. Lake Rd.
Pine St.
Artesian Ave.
Cedar Ln.
Windemere Pines Ct.
Ottawa St.
Summit St.

This speed of restoring the grid could not be possible without the seven mutual aid crews that joined us from across the state. Along with our five-man crew, two dozen linemen have been working on restoring electricity to our nearly 4,000 customers. We are beyond grateful for their assistance.
