Power Restoration Goals: 4/6 @ 8:15 AM

Good morning, Harbor Springs. Today’s power restoration goals include the following:

1. Restore power to a few remaining larger clusters, such as Roaring Brook, Menonaqua, and other areas off of M119.

2. Fix issues along our primary lines to reduce risks of sporadic or random outages for customers.

3. Inspect, assess and address individual outages. This will be the most time consuming endeavor because many individual outages require a crew working for a couple hours just to energize one customer. For those without service today, we will have more instructions later on expectations and how to be informed of your home’s status. If you’ve already contacted us about an outage, there is no need to call or text again about your status today …you’re on the list.

We still have mutual aid crews working with us today. If you’re not live don’t have power, we haven’t forgotten about you!
