“Headlee Override” Millage Proposal Informational Sessions

The City is proposing a Headlee Override millage request on the August 2, 2022 ballot. The ballot question asks voters to: 

• Limit the City’s ability to increase the millage rate by no more than 0.5 mills annually
• Partially restore the City’s maximum millage rate to 8 mills
