Harbor Springs Boardwalk Reconstruction Silent Auction!

*Thanks to our bidders for bidding on items! A few great items are no longer available, but several awesome gifts still remain!*

The City is fundraising for the reconstruction of the eastern section of the boardwalk. Our goal for this section is $500,000. The community has donated over $87,000 and the Van Andel Foundation has pledged $50,000 once we reach $250,000! We are now conducting a silent auction, and residents and businesses have donated several items to be auctioned off in order to help raise money for this important project. Please consider submitting a bid on one of these awesome items so we can reach our goal. Thank you!

Auction Rules

1. The City will accept bids until Friday, August 22nd @ 4:00 PM.

2.Review each of the auction items. If you would like to schedule a time to visually inspect the items, please contact City Hall at (231) 526-2104 or e-mail Rachel Roon at parksdirector@cityofharborsprings.com.

3. You can submit a bid to Rachel via e-mail at parksdirector@cityofharborsprings.com, or drop off a bid at City Hall at 160 Zoll Street.

4. In your bid, please include your full name, contact information, the item number and title, and your bid amount.

5. If you are bidding for multiple items, please list the items separately.

6. The bids will not be shared publicly until after the auction deadline has passed.

7. City Hall will contact you if you won an item. You will have seven (7) days to claim your prize and submit payment. If we do not hear from you within seven days, the bid will go to the next highest bidder.

8. City staff and their immediate family / household members are prohibited from bidding on any of the items.
