City Electric Grid is Down: Shay Elementary Open for Warming Shelter

Due to the ice storm, the entire City electric grid is down. Depending on where you live, it could be several hours or a few days before power is fully restored. Please be safe and come back for emergency updates. Call 911 in case of an emergency.

Shay Elementary is open for a warming shelter until further notice. Please enter off of Lake Street.
