Some Power is Back!

 Update: circuits number one and three are on! That is a portion of M119 south near the airport, and then west toward Third Street and north to Quick. We are trying for a couple more circuits here. After that, we will look at the outages map and work on a plan to get the rest of the lines up and going. We will be reporting back with more regular updates and more realistic timing. Once we know more clearly what the rest of the outages look like.
