Seeking Bids for Sidewalk Project: Due November 19
Sealed proposals for the removal & installation of +/- 720 square yards of concrete sidewalk, and
related appurtenances, work and materials will be received by Benchmark Engineering, Inc. until
2:00 PM local time, November 19, 2025, at which time the proposals will be opened and read.
The bid opening is open to the public. NO BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 2:00 PM.
Copies of the contract documents may be obtained at the office of Benchmark Engineering, Inc.,
607 E. Lake St., Harbor Springs, Michigan 49740, and can be viewed on the City of Harbor Springs
website.
The Owner reserves the right to accept any proposal, reject any proposal, and waive irregularities in
proposals. The Owner is not obligated to accept the low bidder’s proposal. The contract shall be
commenced on or after April 6, 2026, and shall be completed by May 22, 2026.
