Power Restoration Guidelines for Customers

We will restore power to a meter base only if it is properly attached to a building. Customers will need an electrician to make the attachment if it has been torn off the building or is loose. If your service mast or meter is down, you should shut off your main breaker to avoid potential issues when power is restored.
