The Harbor Springs Electric Department has contracted with Paul’s Meter Testing to conduct electric meter testing in the area below the Bluff beginning January 26 and continuing through the end of April.  There will be individuals checking electric meters in this area, so please do not be alarmed.  If you still have concerns, feel free to contact the City of Harbor Springs or call 911 and the Police Department will send an officer to verify the legitimacy of the contractor in your area.…
