The Board of Review meets to hear comments and/or protests from City taxpayers on their assessed property value, to settle protests of assessment, correct clerical errors, mutual mistakes of fact, and to receive applications for Principal Residential Exemption (homestead percentage). Dates and times for these meetings will be published in the form of a Public Notice approximately two weeks prior to the meeting.
