The City reads its utility meters on the third week of each month, and bills for utilities on the last week of each month based on the customer's actual usage.  Utility bills are due the 15th of each month.  The City offers it's utility customers the ability to pay their monthly bill by mail, in person at City Hall from 8:30 to 5:00 with cash or check only, by using the 24 hour drop box outside City Hall, or by signing up for autopay.

Information about AutoPay:  Please click here to download the autopay authorization form (ACH Debit Authorization). The form should be delivered to the utility billing clerk either in person or by mail.  When you sign up for autopay your utility statement balance will be automatically deducted from your checking account via an ACH transaction on the 15th of each month.  When signing up for autopay you will still receive a monthly statement so that you can plan for the amount due to be deducted from your checking account.  The City also offers Equal Payment billing. The Equal Payment billing is an amount equal to one eleventh of the estimated annual billing. The twelfth month is a reconciling month which either bills an amount owed from under billing during the year or a credit which is the amount over billed during the year.  Please contact the utility billing clerk for more information.
